Project Description:
Manage the conversion of the inventory management system to a single SKU system for all devices/carriers. Managing multiple New IT projects simultaneously, scoping the projects, managing the implementation, finances, hiring headcount to fill the project needs

– Overall project management responsibility for the suite of online tools and content, representing both business and IT needs, requirements, and deliverables
– Manage financials and reporting for each project : multi-million dollar projects
– Define resources and schedule for project implementation; finances; hiring team members for new projects
– Lead project requirements gathering and plan project lifecycle deployment
– Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones, etc.
– Create strategies and mitigation/contingency plans for risk and issue management
– Start initialize new projects, that do not have current headcount
– Shepard scoping funding, turn scope into first phase, build teams to fit within these projects, manage
– Managing teams and offshore resources

Must Have Skills and Technologies:
-8-10 years’ experience managing multiple IT projects- prefer experience in implementing new projects and seeing it full cycle
-Experience implementing new IT projects
– Experience managing project scope financials, hiring new headcount for the projects
-6 or more years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports and people management responsibilities
– 3 or more years of experience managing and being accountable for budgets over $1M
– 3 or more years of experience managing Agile teams
– Large Enterprise Experience
-Experience managing technical and software development projects using these types of technology frameworks:
PHP, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
