Ben-WallaceBen joined Datatrend in 2013, in the newly dedicated Vice President of Marketing role to leverage market research, strategic planning and integrated marketing program management for growth and stakeholder relationship development. Ben previously served as VP Marketing at Aginity, a customer intelligence company. For for 8 years prior, he led Link Positive, a collaborative marketing strategy, branding and interactive marketing firm, building upon 15 years leading brand strategy and integrated marketing across 6 marketing agencies.

Ben led the creation and management of several brand rollouts/rebrands, including Advance IT Minnesota, Ambient Consulting, Biodaptive, Innovize, Proliant and other corporate and product brands; he led research, branding, interactive, social and marketing programs for 3M, Donaldson, HealthPartners, Medtronic, Optum, UXPA and other organizations.

Ben served on the board of directors for both Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association (MIMA) and for the User Experience Professionals Association of Minnesota (UXPA-MN). He is past president of Ad Fed of MN (an AAF chapter) and 2008 recipient of Ad Fed’s Paul Foss award for his contributions to the organization and the profession.

Ben loves live music and discovering new bands. Ben also enjoys trail biking, skiing and working out, when he’s not home with his wife, 2 children and 2 dogs: Grilla (Newfoundland) & MoMo (Pug).
