Following resort-wide infrastructure and WiFi upgrades to villas and rooms, leadership of the multinational diversified hospitality company decided to extend fiber to the resort entrance. Ownership desired a future state infrastructure that would support the demands of owners and guests, including technology plans and investments in mobile device access and Location Based Services (LBS). These upgrades would provide a future-state guest experience, flexibility for continuous technology upgrades, enhance security, and reduce costs.
